In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkr298. By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise using the pkr298 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms should be read alongside the pkr298 Privacy Policy and the specific terms applicable to any individual bonus or promotion you participate in. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus promotion's terms, the more specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
2.3 pkr298 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you do not agree with these Terms at any point, your sole recourse is to cease using the pkr298 Platform and close your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure described herein.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account or use the pkr298 Platform in any capacity. pkr298 strictly enforces this requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their Account immediately closed. Any funds deposited will be returned to the verified source of funds; any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility will be voided and forfeited.
3.2 Single Account. Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the pkr298 Platform. Multiple accounts per person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, browser, mobile number, or identity used to create them.
3.3 Personal Use. Accounts must be operated solely for personal use by the registered Account holder. You may not allow any third party to access, operate, or make use of your pkr298 Account. You may not hold an Account on behalf of another person.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pkr298 Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country of residence and any country from which you access the Platform. pkr298 does not provide gaming services to Players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you must not register for or use the pkr298 Platform.
3.5 Exclusion Lists. Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from pkr298 or from gaming platforms generally through a recognised self-exclusion scheme are not eligible to create or use a pkr298 Account during the relevant exclusion period.
4.1 To create a pkr298 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your Pakistani mobile number in the +92 format, date of birth, and a chosen username and password. You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate.
4.2 pkr298 is required by its licence conditions to verify the identity of all registered Players prior to processing any withdrawal. The KYC verification process requires you to submit a valid, unexpired Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and a recent selfie photograph. pkr298 may additionally require proof of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation at its reasonable discretion.
4.3 Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so will result in your Account being restricted to deposit and gameplay only, with withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.4 pkr298 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time during the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.
4.5 pkr298 may decline to open an Account, or may close an existing Account, without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr298 Account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to you.
5.2 You must not share your pkr298 login credentials with any other person. pkr298 support staff will never ask you for your password or OTP codes — any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkr298 immediately.
5.3 You must notify pkr298 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, your registered mobile number has been compromised, or your CNIC has been used fraudulently.
5.4 pkr298 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform and employs automated fraud detection systems. However, pkr298 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your own Account credentials.
6.1 Deposits. All deposits to your pkr298 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. pkr298 does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. Additional methods may be available and are listed in the Platform's Cashier section. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier.
6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be directed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit to the Account, or where that is not possible, to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own verified name. pkr298 processes withdrawal requests from verified Accounts on a same-business-day basis. pkr298 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for Account security checks, ongoing KYC verification, or investigation of potential Terms breach.
6.3 Currency. All pkr298 Account balances, stakes, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by pkr298 at any stage of the deposit, play, or withdrawal process.
6.4 Transaction Restrictions. pkr298 does not permit deposits or withdrawals using funds obtained from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source. pkr298 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by applicable law and its licensing conditions.

9.1 Sports betting at pkr298 is conducted on a fixed-odds basis. Odds are displayed and settled in PKR. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time the bet is accepted by pkr298's platform.
9.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pkr298. pkr298 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets where pkr298 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, inside information, or other irregular betting patterns.
9.3 Cricket Markets. Pakistan Super League (PSL), international cricket (Tests, One Day Internationals, Twenty20 Internationals), and other cricket markets are subject to the specific settlement rules applicable to each competition. Detailed settlement rules for cricket markets, including rules for abandoned matches, reduced overs, and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method situations, are published within the sportsbook's help section.
9.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting is available at pkr298 across cricket and other sports. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the accepted odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final. pkr298 cannot guarantee that in-play odds displayed will be accepted given the rapid pace of live event changes.

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited at pkr298 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to the remedies described in clause 10.2:
10.2 Where pkr298 determines that a Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, pkr298 may, without limitation: void all bets and gaming sessions conducted in breach, withhold any winnings derived from prohibited activity, suspend or permanently close the Account, report the conduct to relevant authorities, and pursue any further remedies available at law.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr298 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
13.2 pkr298's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your pkr298 Account at the time the claim arises.
13.3 pkr298 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free from interruption, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pkr298 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practically possible.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pkr298's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 Your privacy is important to pkr298. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the pkr298 Platform is governed by the pkr298 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14.2 By registering for and using the pkr298 Platform, you acknowledge that pkr298 collects and processes personal data about you as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).
14.3 pkr298 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 16.1 Internal Complaints. 16.2 External Dispute Resolution. 16.3 Governing Law. This choice of law does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction of residence.
16.4 You agree that any legal action arising from these Terms must first be subject to the complaints and ADR process described in clauses 16.1 and 16.2 before proceedings are issued in any court of competent jurisdiction.
